Admission Procedure

Admission is open to all children irrespective of religion or region, subject to the admission rules of STG. Admission procedure usually starts in the month of January after notifying in the print and electronic media. Those who wish to admit their ward/s should collect the Prospectus and application form from the School Office after paying the prescribed fees.

• A child seeking admission to Pre-KG should have completed 2 year 6 months of age as on 31st May of the year of admission.
• A child seeking admission to Class 1 should have completed 5 year and 6 months as on 31st May of the year of admission. This will be the age criteria for those seeking admission to other classes as well.

Important: The Student and the parent should be present at the time of admission.

The following Documents should be submitted at the time of admission. If photo copies of the certificates are submitted, it should be supported by the original for verification.

• Date of Birth Certificate (LKG, UKG and class 1)
• UKG Study Certificate (Class 1)
• Assessment Records/ Mark Reports of the previous year (Class 2 and above)
• Six copies of recent passport size and Stamp size photos
• Transfer Certificate (in original) in the case of those seeking Transfer Admission (Class 2 and above)
